Carolyn Schulein

Carolyn recently retired as an Operations Senior Manager at Inclusa, a Managed Care Organization contracted to provide Family Care Services in 68 of 72 counties in Wisconsin. Family Care is a Medicaid long-term care program for older adults and adults with disabilities. She has a breadth of experience in long-term care including positions related to business development, expansion, and project management leadership to both internal and external projects. Her expertise lies in project management, person-focused practice, system transition, process improvement, and relationship building.

She is passionate about helping people to live their best lives and helping to make Marshfield a great place to live! That passion expands into community volunteer work. Carolyn has been active in several community organizations including Marshfield Area Community Foundation (currently on Board of Directors and serving as President and Chair of Executive Committee), Wood County Master Gardener Volunteer Association (currently on Board of Directors), Personal Development Center (served on Board of Directors), Marshfield Clinic WINGS Advisory Council, Marshfield Area United Way Allocation Committee, Marshfield Cultural Fair volunteer, and Immanuel Lutheran School Board of Directors to name a few.

Carolyn holds certifications in Person Centered Planning, and is a “Speak Your Peace” facilitator. She and her husband Mike enjoy gardening, hiking, traveling both near and far, and most importantly, hanging with their 3 children(+partners) and 2 grandchildren.
