Ashley Winch

Ashley is the Executive Director of Marshfield Area United Way. She started with the organization in October of 2011 and has been in her current role since May of 2019. Ashley received a degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin—La Crosse. Prior to joining United Way, she spent several years in various management roles.

She is active in the community serving on several boards and committees. Currently, Ashley is serving on the Board of Directors of United Way of Wisconsin, the Community Development Authority, and the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She also serves on the grants committee for the Marshfield Area Community Foundation, the Leadership Marshfield Council through the Chamber, and is a member of the Marshfield Area Human Resources Association.

Ashley was born and raised in Marshfield and loves being able to spend time with her family. She and her husband enjoy time together working on home improvement projects, fishing, and traveling. Ashley is a sports enthusiast, loudly cheering on her Wisconsin sports teams throughout the year!
