Melissa Lemmer

Melissa Lemmer is a Private Trust Officer with WoodTrust Asset Management and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She works with individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to help them achieve their financial goals. She specializes in fiduciary and personal trust services, estate planning coordination, wealth transfer strategies, and helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence. Melissa is passionate about building meaningful relationships and believes every client deserves a personalized approach tailored to their unique goals and circumstances. She works closely with clients and their attorneys, accountants, and other trusted advisors to ensure financial, tax, and estate planning strategies are coordinated and aligned.

Prior to joining WoodTrust, Melissa worked with Northwestern Mutual in Marshfield and Wausau, where she developed a strong foundation in financial planning and client service.

Melissa believes that helping others reach their full potential is one of life’s most rewarding experiences. She is honored to serve on the Marshfield Area Community Foundation Board and support the Foundation’s mission of strengthening the community and enhancing the quality of life in the Marshfield area.
Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Whether camping, attending sporting events, cheering on her favorite teams, or enjoying time outdoors with family and friends, she values opportunities to stay connected to the community she proudly calls home.
